it happens because of dehydration or Infection.
please keep your child well hydrated.
give liquid things like soup ,fresh fruits juice , coconut water, buttermilk etc more
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
but avoid overdressing.
if you are using diapers ,stop using it for now.
always clean this part from front to back.
you can use Babyhug wipes to clean this part.
