Q.

3 month old baby girl after every feed doing poop with mucus and color is not proper golden yellow. suggest me something

A. A lot of times it has been seen that the mucus in the motion could be due to cough if your child is facing any and a lot of times it can generally be associated with a stomach infection as well so better to check with your doctor regarding that
