3 month old baby didn't passed poop 3 days,,,,,,, any stomach upset or anything seriouse to baby, he is passing gas plzzz suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. It is very normal for small children that sometimes they will not pass stool for 10 days also and sometimes they will pass stool more than 7 to 8 times per day.
If the consistency off the stool is Semi solid to semi liquid do not worry about the frequency of the stool.
No medicines needs to be given in such a case but you have to meet the doctor only if the stool consistency is hard.d
It is advisable to give only milk to the child and nothing else before completion of 6 months of age
