A. Hello! Is your baby having any cold or congestion? Sometimes this can trigger green colour stools. Also, if your baby is taking foremilk or being exclusively given formula green colour stools can happen. As long as the baby is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort, there shouldn’t be any problem.
