3.5 years old baby get frequent cold and cough since two months what is the reason ? no fever ,coughing with mucus

A. dear mom due to season changes toddlers get affect due to their immature immunity . avoid cold wind and cold climate, give immunity booster food, you can give her syp nutramide.
