Mout there is a very good that you can use you can also put an enima in the anal region to clear the system within 3 to 5 hours but how long do you want to depend on these things that at the end of the day you should look for home remedies and permanent solution to the problem which is I would advise you to apply castor oil in the navel before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water and also make your child have some prune juice in the night before sleeping
