You could give them eggs if you prefer, also you should give legumes such as chana. rajma etc , panner, milk, fruit milk shakes as well also you could give stuff paranthas, dry fruits , nuts and seeds

There is no such weight gaining food for the child you just have to give the regular food to the child whatever is made at home their food that we eat is the right food to be given to the child roti all kind of vegetables rice whatever your name healthy food and that’s what you can offer
