2sal k bche ko khana kaise khilaye....mera bcha only mitha khana pasand krta...baki sbhi chize muh me rkhte hi nikal deta gai....kya kre jisse woh sbhi chize khaye...

A. Hello You can add natural sweetness from dates, banana, chickoo, onion paste, til seeds, jaggery to many recipes like upma, daliya, poha. milkshakes, smoothies, puddings, custard, soups If child prefers sweet taste, give him that. don't worry. all foods can be altered & made healthy as per child's likings.
