the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and you can infact give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child also which should be better and safe
