25th july my baby got vaccinated.. That day onwards she is not eating anything..even Milk also some times she is refusing.. Why she is doing like this??? What to do please tell me

A. hello , sometimes loss of appetite might be due to activation just consult your pediatrician give lightly digesting food and keep your baby hydrated give plenty of water to drink
