20 days old baby girl is pooping immediately after every feed. Exclusively breastfeeding. Is it ok or should I consult a doctor?

A. dear mum , this is completely normal n common if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert n gai ing adequate wt then dont worry
