2 years old baby having diarrhoea form the past two days, is it advisable to give antibiotics to the child?

enterogermina probiotics drops one tube at morn and one tube at Eve
keep her well hydrated and please avoid heavy to digest food
keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
