Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroentcneritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent c aap bache ki deworming course kraiye. Deworming karne se pet ke keede Khatami hi jate Hai Aur problem Nahi hoti. Aur bache ko supplements bhi dijiye jaise ki iron calcium and vitamin etc. Good luck and take care
