2 year old only says mamma to mother and does not say anything except that one word. is it okay

You Should communicate more with your child as the more you communicate the child is going to learn better don’t give any screen time to the child try and communicate more more and more still if you do not see any good results within another three months then in that case you’ll have to have a check with your doctor on that
