proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cases only afterg propyer clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Avoid self medication. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
