2 kids one 4 years and another 2 years old. both had fever of 102 an d now ok . after fever both had all body blisters like rashes... why it happened and what to do... does it dangerous

A. It could be because of the medicines that you were giving as of now I would advise you to apply calamine lotion but do you have an assessment with your doctor to understand what are those blister associated with what is meant to be done
