2 days pehle fever tha but abhi only chest and back is hot any suggestions

A. Do cold sponge if you feel and you’re shot with taking a temperature with a thermometer that there is no fever then no need to give any medicine it’s a normal body temperature but yet if you want to cold sponge will be very helpful for you
