Q.

2.5 year old girl eating same food daily since last 5 months...when I try chapati she throws it out...no veggies,...fix Manu.. grinded milk+ chapati..in morning and night..evening khichdi...some parle g biscuits..and milk that's all from a long time ..Chai twice a day...weight not gaining .it's stable at 12.5 kg ..active girl...how to cope up with throws...and how to feed her new dishes ...help me

A. baby should have the solid and chew the food.. no mashed food or puree. have meal together.. break fast mid morning any fruit lunch evening snacks dinner.. for weight gain potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
