1yr old gets up frequently at night..should we give her plain milk or homemade cerlac??? Her tummy is tight but still doing nam nam.. is she really hungry??

A. hi. avoid feeding food in night such condition. u may breast feed or give fm. most probably he might waking up due to gases pain. u may apply hing paste around navel, can give colic aid drops
