Q.
1yr 6mnth old baby have visible white colour around mouth increased with time started as a spot at both the ends of lips..now around the mouth and chin..what to do in such a case.

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinicagyl evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Vitiligo It could be as it is a skin related issue apart from that what I believe is it could be due to various reasons deficiency of calcium or any other issue maybe dryness so it would be advisable for you to want to get it checked with your paediatrician to have a clarity about it
