A. It should be at least 627 times in the day this is quite less it would probably be a situation where your child is not maintaining proper hydration in the body and not consuming sufficient amount of liquid that is when you can come across a situation like this is definitely not healthy and suggest you to kindly consult your doctor if needed and try to increase the fluid intake of your child
