18days old baby developed tiny acne on cheeks, neck. Is it due to heat ? please suggest some cream for it. Can I use Cetaphil or dermadew cream. please suggest.

A. no treatment required.. it will fade on its own

A. it's okay common no treatment required it is because of maternal hormones. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
