weight is ok for him, toddler are expected to almost triple their birth weight by age of 1 and then double by age of 5 years,
include foods from various food groups

Why do you need to give this medicine to the child your child is eating well the weight gain of the child is also decent enough unnecessarily there is no point giving these medicines and syrup to the child in in case of any doubt of question further on this please consult your paediatrician
