17 days old baby showing discomfort his both nosal appear white like thing.whats is it and his tongue is also white

The tongue is white because of the milk that you are giving so you can clean the tongue by using a silicon tongue cleaner when you give a bath to the child and the other thing that you are mentioning is difficult to understand without a picture so please get it examined by your doctor
