16 month ki baby girl h usko ak finger me infection ho gya ak baar panchar bhi krwaya par wo fir ho gya nd uske chkkr me esko fever bhi ho gya plzz batayenge me kya kr sakti hu

That means the infection hasn’t subsided completely despite of getting it punctured infection still stayed into the finger which is white has happened you’ll have to make sure that when you punched the infection because when the infection comes out completely after that the blood starts to come so you know it has come out completely so repeat the process and if needed please consult your doctor again
