Q.

16 month baby ko morning dates milk or haldi milk then noon dal chaval then evening fruits banana chikoo papiya orange juice then neight sira.or bhakhri Or khichdi.. is it ok for good health or shall I change any thing??

A. Fruits Should be given in the day time either before lunch or after lunch not in the evening after 5 PM and also would like to tell you that whatever you giving for dinner is a little lighter version of the food give proper food like Roti sabji and on to the child so that your child is full for a longer time
