Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. just you plenty of water to drink and regular easily digestible food like rice dal and khichdi and give paracetamol for fever and if the problem still continues and fever is present for more than one or two days then meet your doctor for examination
