Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Cow milk is recommended after one year of age. When you r starting cows milk, Start with few spoons on the first day. Continue it for two more days. If ur baby tolerates it then gradually increase the amount. Also introduce cows milk in other forms like chapathi, idly or dosa or rice in milk like that. But never expect the baby to drink one glass of milk on the first go. It will take time.
