FEVER kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variat5ions on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor5

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend you to give honey with warm water to resolve the problem of coughing but apart from that it is advisable to give paracetamol to bring the temperature down and try to visit your doctor thereafter
