Hi as the baby turns 1 year old, You should give a healthy and balanced diet , give all homemade foods..Include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like walnuts and almonds in powdere form

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all home made food who you are making for other family members and also add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet.
