Formula milk is best weaned off by the time child turns 1 year old. If the child is Breastfed please continue to breastfeed the baby on demand. You may introduce cow's milk limiting to 400 ml to 500 ml daily.

My baby is arnd 4.5 mnths. He is exclusively on breast feed...i want to give him FM once in a day. which formula is best?? i used to give him NAN bt somehow it stopped 2 mnths before & dint suit him. so any other option..???

hello you should be heading 1 level scoop of infant formula milk powder to 30 ml of water..so one year baby would require around 150 ml of infant formula milk per feed so you can be adding around 5 level coop of infant formula milk to prepare the formula milk
