during pregnancy should take food which full of calcium n iron..... like anjeer, dates n raisin.... along with milk.. eat an apple🍎 daily n coconut water

kindly take 4 almonds soaked overnight,(morning)
drumstick leaves
oats (evening)
health mix including ragi as a daily routine
the above mentioned will cover the calcium and iron requirement for mom and baby

soaked almonds,kishmish,banana,apple, pomegranate, oranges,milk,curd, sprouts,drinks plenty of water, and never skip meals and avoid Street food that causes avidity.
