A Boy or a Girl? Does it Matter?

A boy child & a girl child have been treated differently by Indian parents since ages. A desire of having a 'son' rather than a 'daughter' is still there in most parts of the country, especially the small towns! Do you agree with this ? Did you also want a 'baby boy' when you were pregnant? Why do you think our society has this preference for having sons & how can it be changed?

aaj ke time main boys or girls mostly same field main work krte hai and girls also earn money like boys isliye baby boy or girl main mostly different Kam ho gya hai aab parents nd family members beta or beti main fark nahi krte hai

for a mother boy and girl child both are one.Nowdays girl has demand.But in olden days boys are given more importance ,now time has changed everything boy baby is equal to girl baby

children are always special whether a boy or a girl. parents love equally.. I have a boy but we always wish to have a girl never mind next time coz my laddoo is my favouritist 😘😘

I do agree that there is a this urg of having a boy to girl baby in some parts of the country and things will be change only we wanted to change,despite social media and many other platform were doing my awareness program and being government providing lit of schema to protect girl baby their are still people longing for boy baby ,change can only happen only if the people taught process of people change and must agree that their are change in people about having girl baby comparatively.I was wishing for a girl baby but blessed with a boy baby, I was totally fine with any gender when I was pregnant.
