A boy child & a girl child have been treated differently by Indian parents since ages. A desire of having a 'son' rather than a 'daughter' is still there in most parts of the country, especially the small towns! Do you agree with this ? Did you also want a 'baby boy' when you were pregnant? Why do you think our society has this preference for having sons & how can it be changed?

My warm wishes to FirstCry....Firstly I would like to say that I\'m proud to be mom of a girl child.... Now a days they are many couples who don\'t have children and opting to have a child.. And when finally you know that you are going to have a baby then why make difference in baby\'s gender.... Becoming a parent itself is a blessing from God....So be happy for a bundle of joy if it\'s a girl child or a boy.... Don\'t forget that Children are gift of God....😍😍😊😊
