A boy child & a girl child have been treated differently by Indian parents since ages. A desire of having a 'son' rather than a 'daughter' is still there in most parts of the country, especially the small towns! Do you agree with this ? Did you also want a 'baby boy' when you were pregnant? Why do you think our society has this preference for having sons & how can it be changed?

A Boy or a Girl? Does it Matter?
yes i agree it is there still but we can also see the change in people mind too… but now a days both boy and girl baby are equal in everything…
since ages that time matter that son will go far and make future of every one but now a days equality has taken place at every where in terms of gender so now a days girl or boy no matters just make them good human being

Parents treat both equally but a day comes when they are made realised that they are parents of girl child... which is marriage time.
Aj bhi kitna bhi girl ko layek bna do,pdha do fir bhi agar Sadi parents ko dhundhni pade to Bina dowry koi baat bhi nhi karna chahta.
Jabtak dowry system h,girls ki preference Kam he rahegi

both r equal .. both r important actually in practical world.. I have 3 babies 2 girls nd 1 boy... I need both genders equally..i respect nd love them equally...
sex doesn\'t matters but sanskar is vry important ..
smtimes girls also feel us ashamed bcoz of their teenager behaviour nd change in their harmons....visa versa..
never give attitude for 3things in life..
1. our body
2. money
3. children.
these three can change ur life anytime..
