They say sleep wen the baby sleeps. But it's wen the baby sleeps, we can do some work that we were unable to do while he/she was awake. By the time v r done n ready to sleep, the baby wakes up! It's a real challenge. All I can say is, u just have to be strong in ur mind and just remind your self each time that EVEN THIS WILL PASS😊

It's actually a challenging phase of motherhood.. I used to be a sleep lover and I can sleep at any time of the day.. but motherhood has changed me so completely that the first three months of life with my baby gal was so exhausting.. there was a lot difference between what we expect a baby to be and the actual baby... slowly I made my mind that this phase of my life is for my little one and she needs me for everything.. also i used to chat with my friends who are new mommies so that their experience makes me feel that I'm not the only one.. slowly when days passed and once when the baby crosses the 3 month milestone I could feel the changes.she used to wake up at 11 in the night and will be awake throughout but after the 3 months she started to adopt a regular sleep pattern.. and now she could sleep throughout the nights waking up in between for feeding..

The best way to handle sleep deprivation is to have a person say it ur husband or mom to take care ur baby when u want to sleep.. and also u should start sleep while ur baby sleeps which is in deed a great task 😜😜

"Does your little one sleep at night? "
"Don't you get enough sleep?"
" Oh! you look so tired... Got dark circles too... 😯"
These are few common question every new moms come across.. But it very rare that someone asks if we need any help. A lot many changes happen to a women both physically and mentally after her pregnancy.. And one of the biggest challenge is to get enough sleep and rest..
Initial days are really tough.. You go through alot.. You have to feed baby every 2hrs.. Your body needs rest.. On top of all these some new moms have postpartum blues.. or simply depression..
Just make sure to share your physical ailments, concerns, fear and anxiety with your partner or mom or a friend.. Get enough rest.. It may not be possible for you to sleep when baby sleeps. But you can ask for someone to look after the baby when you need rest..
Everything will be fine in sometime. Especially when you try to understand the fact that, you are not alone.. This is one phase of pregnancy that every new moms face.. And when you see the smile of your little one, it's worth all the sacrifices you made.. 😍
To all strong moms out there.. Believe in yourself..
