very well said dear. I completely agree with you coz I do exactly the same with my 5 year old even though I have countless chores at home.😊
yes, well done sis....this can bring a change in our kids future too...they wont be affented by any kind of radiation vagera from electronics.. ofcourse we have other electronic items at home bt still can reduce risk.. and increases parental bonding..
in my childhood i missed all these because my mom was busy in kitchen so i had to talk alone with toys n watch tv etc (no mobile ).. my mom would yell at me for watching tv for hours during holidays..bt i felt irritated cuz i had nothing else to do.. n i wasnt allowed to play outside becuz its a secluded area..
so i planned to give my everything tht i lost in my childhood to my kids.. organic healthy food ( never store snacks ) home made snacks.. playtime.. healthy lifestyle.. as we are facing a world that is toxic..
its too tiring bt its worth it... ✌️

hello everyone, i have a 3 yr old daughter n shes not addicted to tv ipad or smartphone.she watches tv for each 30 min morning afternoon and at night. whether am working or free i always play along with her, listen to her stories n talk to her alot, so she is always engaged with some sort of pretend play with me.
children tend to watch tv for long time because they have nothing else to do,they get bored easily, tired of the same game n if they lack attention from parents.
when you invest time with kids and attend to them they wont have a need for distraction.
ofcourse its not easy for working women n home makers with a lot of work... but kids are very much interested in adults work.. so u can engage them in ur work by asking them to cook with u ( using their pretend play kitchen toys), fold some clothes together, etc they'll grow up responcible and wont need much tv time too.. n its all till they grow up to make their decisions 😂 we cant control them we can only lead them well 👍

Hi everyone, unlike other kids my son is not addicted to tv, mobiles or tablet... I try and limit his screen time to 30 mins in the whole day. We as parents need to be really active with our kids to avoid screen time. Most of the time I engage him in certain type of activities which he is interested in , even while I am in the kitchen I put a mat and engage him there in some sort of activities in which I too participate.... sometimes I just talk to him about any random thing just not to make him bored. So there are various ways we can keep them busy , ofcource we mothers have to multitask every time.😊

I have a 2.5 yr old daughter and yes this pandemic has really caused increased screen time.. but as a working parents we really don't have much of a choice.. only if you have free time you can play with them. so whenever I get time i play with her outdoor games and read story books for her.

My kids always stick to the tv or mobile phone. I don't know how to change this habit. I know this is not good for them but the lockdown has changed every rule of my home. sometimes I feel very depressed to cope with the situation. I am worried about my kids.
jst play with them with new games...or encourage them to play games...nt to adict to tv or mobiles... children r mostly addicted to ths....but we have to take care...in future it affects us nly
