I want to loose weight but don't have enough time what should I do?
U can do just suryanamaskaras it will take around just 5 to 10mints or else maintain diet like replace ur meals with plain red wheat ravva with normal curries .i loss weight by using this lunch replacement tip..

Walking is the best work out for new moms..all will enjoy walking by listening our favrt songs and walking did not get bored..walking will maintain our weight..

I have 1 year baby boy and I am working mother so Its very challenging to me to care of my baby and manage all duties. So I lost my 10kg after delivery. I am trying to lose more by working hard.
