hello I am 2.5 year old baby mom c-section delivery.. befor pregnancy my weight is 50 -53kg up nd down rotation.. but after delivery my tummy is look like 7 month pregnant.. wl do all things exercise nd diet control .. still my weight is 69kg .. I am also a physical challenges lady. pls suggest something to reduce weight because it affects my body parts
try to drink more water, reduce intake of sugar , try to take nutritious food 🥝🥑

feed your baby atleast for a year you will loose your wait automatically with my personal experience.

My Son is 4 months old and i have gained 15 kg now i am 80kg ...it is my second c-section . I am going to start My weight loss journey as i did after First C-section. I had lost 10 kg through balance diet and walk after First C-section.
please share ut Diet plan and exercise

Hahaha. Guess you’re not alone. It’s quite common after c-section. You can try post pregnancy tummy belt
I reduced my weight by doing light yoga exercise, meditation and controlling my diet, and yes regular breast feeding.

take healthy food and less oily atleast one year after c-section,, and after 8 month of delivery do surya namskar, and intake adequate water.
