try to reduce carbohydrates frm ur diet, increase intake of liquids, fruits n veggies... juz cutting down on carbs ll help a lot if u cant do exercise... completely avoid sugar frm diet

Hello Mommies,
My Son is 4 months old and i have gained 15 kg now i am 80kg ...it is my second c-section . I am going to start My weight loss journey as i did after First C-section. I had lost 10 kg through balance diet and walk after First C-section.
what you have done???

I'm a mother of 2 kids elder one is 4yr old and the younger one is 8 months old and I got delivered in ç-sec for both

before pregnancy my weight is 70kg but now my weight is 85 kg. and I'm a working mother. Pls suggest me to reduce the weight.
the challenge is no time to do excercise
is that dieting will reduce the brest feed supply
dieting ll not ve effect on milk supply,

hello I am 2.5 year old baby mom c-section delivery.. befor pregnancy my weight is 50 -53kg up nd down rotation.. but after delivery my tummy is look like 7 month pregnant.. wl do all things exercise nd diet control .. still my weight is 69kg .. I am also a physical challenges lady. pls suggest something to reduce weight because it affects my body parts
