I had C section delivery in the month of July for the first time. The first problem was I am unable to do the things on my own like I need support to sit ,stand ,walk, unable to eat and to take care of lil one.The second problem was after few days I had dizziness and I slept for more than usual. The third problem was breastfeeding there are issues with latching.I had overcome this problem by giving sleeping suggestions to the baby.Once the baby started latching I had breast pain. The fourth problem was sleeplessness since the baby was not habituated to our regular sleep time. The fifth problem was lack of milk production.I consumed raw papaya, methi seeds, barely seeds, drumstick leaves powder which increased the milk production a lot.The sixth problem was to understand why the baby was crying or feeling uncomfortable. After a month everything got set right and now we are having lots and lots of smiles every day.
Gone through same situation. Now the another problem i am facing is my tummy. Still i am looking like pregnant. And i don't know when it will be normal.

first challenge was breast feeding.it was my first baby.so i really dont know how to do it.i struggled for an week. relatives gave me so many instruction that made me really confused.then my baby had to admitted in nicu because of jaundice.there i got proper learning about breast feeding.
next challenge was low breastmilk .baby is hungry and you are unable to feed was the worst feeling ever.i felt guilty.i felt pain.and i had to hear taunts of my own people.

after reading all of mom's experiences, I thought to share my motherhood journey at my first delivery everything went normal, bt same issues low breast milk, missing our beloved and sm hw looking at my sons face spent days he's 2 years nw, bt recently I gt delivered my second baby and she's 3 months old nw, as I am staying with my in laws its really difficult to manage both the kids my health, no parents support, hesitate to take help frm in-laws, they tc meanwhile taunt everywhere and i hv to listen wt ever they if there's no mistake of mine and started doing works early than to rest(I dono if it would cause any problem in future doing house work early than taking rest).
I really feel bad for you dear mommy... I think you need to talk with your husband and your parents.. I feel how much rest we do, recovery will also be in good condition.
even I had a same problem during my pregnancy. My in law used to taunt a lot. But ignoring is the best solution. and please do talk to your Gynochologist, explain your condition at home and about health. she/he may help you to get some rest N make your spouse and in laws to understand your health.
