Eat plenty of dry fruits and come back with power.Use millets chapaties in stead of wheat or rice.They give you enough iron and calcium for your little one.

Drinking fenugreek or ajwain infused water is really good for increasing breastmilk also to improve the quality of milk....

Drink plenty of water and include Lot's of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Green leafy vegetables, pulses, Bean's etc are very good for milk production, especially muringa, moong dal, fenugreek seeds etc. please include coconut milk in you're diet this also helpful for milk production. shallots and garlics are very good for milk production.

it is very important to take cake of our diet specially if we are lactating mother. n some times I feel very shamefull to eat more due to hunger
