how to know my the milk production is sufficient
Hello everyone
my baby having 1 month old and he is crying so much when I am taking off my nipple from his mouth even I am giving breastfeed at least 2-3 hour from both side. how can I understand that he suck but milk is coming or not. I am in doubt because I am giving 2-3 hour breastfeed why he is crying after taken off nipple from his mouth. plz suggest

Hi all, there is a cut at the base of my nipple and I continue to nurse my baby. Everytime it heals I nurse it opens up. It's like this for 2weeks. My baby is 3weeks old and we got it from latching and pumping mistakes. What home remedies can help? Shall I continue to nurse or stop for a while? m afraid it opens even if I stop n heal for 2 to 3 days. Baby refused to latch on nipple shield. Pumping not an option as that's how I got it in the first place.
Hi all, do you all have random letdown through out the day? I get letdown only when I feed my baby and keep getting as he sucks. I use to get letdown through out the day now only at feeding times. I'm mother of a 3 mo c sec baby girl.. due to the emergency c sec i underwent, my baby was in nicu for 2 days during which she was fed formula milk in the hospital.after that when I tried to breastfeed her, she had latching issues and I didnt have enough supply..so we continued with formula. i still try to get her to latch using nipple shield.. is relactation possible after 3 months also? i'm feeling so useless & depressed and my husband is also not supportive.

Hi folks.. Anybody here who has taken noni during breastfeeding and still found no side effects on baby growth and development. I m taking it for regulating bowel movements but concerned because got to read need to avoid during breastfeeding. anyone with experience plz put your suggestions and advice. thank you.

You are always looking after your child but it feels as its important to look after yourself too. In the process of being a mother, don't forget to be yourself and do what you really like to do . For example listening music, hitting gym and reading books etc.

Hello everyone...my baby is 1.5 months old and is on exclusive breastfeeding...he sucks only for 5 mins and then sleeps for 1 to 1.5 hrs after which he sucks again for 5 mins only. His pee count is 6+ in 24 hrs,he poops once every three days.I am confused if his feeding pattern is normal or if I am short of supply..Please help.
I am having breastmilk oversupply and fast letdown. my baby is gulping fast and choking whenever i feed him. due to heavy milk supply baby feeds only for few minutes and then stops he is unable to feed well. i tried expressing milk before feeding but only after pumping for half hour the force reduces. this is incresing my milk. what should i do. i cry evertime while feeding him after seeing him suffer. nobody understamds my situation i feel depressed always not even able to eat food.

I am new mommy of 5 month old it's my first pregnancy I found after delivery that my nipples were not proper so baby was unable to latch properly and was crying a lot it was so stressful to me.nurse suggest me that with use of syringe I can bring nipple out I was doing it day and night and quite painful. I will advise everyone with problem like me use artificial nipples and eventually original nipples will be in proper position for baby to latch . don't stressed and get panicked ! .
