Hi there, It's been 4yrs since c-sec, still my tummy looks like I am 5months pregnant. It's didn't reduce a bit since then. 😢 Is it still possible to reduce it and how? plz suggest!

it's been 4 months of my c-section....have gained a lot of back at tummy area and in sides...when can I start exercising...I have thyroid also...

drink lots of water, take one cup of green tea and walking.... wipe your floor daily... it's enough to reduce weight... it's my experience

aap intermittent fasting kijiye (morning se evening 7 o'clock tak sab kuch khaiye iske baad kuch mat khaiye next day 9 o'clock tak 14 hours ki fasting ) bhookh control na ho to milk le lijiye isko krke maine 1 month me 5 kg weight loss Kiya hai

I went for c section on Sept 2 last year. Almost a year now. Hv lost a lot of weight but belly has reduced from 34 to 32 only. Back pain has become a torture in itself. Unable to bend or do anything as such. Please suggest.
proper body oiling and hot water bath would reduce the back pain..it worked for me...
