Walking can also help to reduce excessive weight gain, try to go for a walk with your toddler, which can benefit in 2 ways- first it will help to make you active , reduce lethargy and second help your small one to be socially friendly.

An early morning start of the day when your child is still sleeping can give you enough time to exercise & meditation which is the most important thing to take care of yourself after delivery. Proper exercise with balanced diet is the only solution to weight loss & gaining strength. After all your child is growing day by day & you need more stamina & strength to look after them so never ever delay your exercise routine, you can compromise some sleep but not exercise if you want to stay fit mommies.

Hi During my pregnancy I had gained 16kg. I had C-section for my first child. He is now 1yr old now. My weight has reduced and I'm back to my normal weight before pregnancy. I didn't followed any diet but did all chores of baby alone after 6 months of delivery. I breastfeed my baby even now. Stay active is the best way to reduce weight. If you have time do yoga & meditation!

Yoga is the best option , but dnt rush into wrong kind of exercises, take help of postpartum yoga trainers, this is worked for me
