Proper exercise with balanced diet is the only solution to weight loss & gaining strength.
After all your child is growing day by day & you need more stamina & strength to look after them so never ever delay your exercise routine, you can compromise some sleep but not exercise if you want to stay fit mommies.

During my pregnancy I had gained 16kg. I had C-section for my first child. He is now 1yr old now. My weight has reduced and I'm back to my normal weight before pregnancy. I didn't followed any diet but did all chores of baby alone after 6 months of delivery. I breastfeed my baby even now. Stay active is the best way to reduce weight. If you have time do yoga & meditation!
