hi Asha, u can start do core and pelvic exercises. and I'm YouTube and insta u can find 30 minute workout and this can do very well for ur postpartum
because I reduced around 13 kgs in 11 months . so u can definitely do well.

I am a mom of 7 month old baby girl. my stomach is still out. what to do mine is c-section delivery

Can we do yoga after 1month of c-section
its safe to wait till you complete your 3 months. till then you can start with some breathing exercises and walking.
