yoga is really good for women after delivery. I started doing yoga after 1.7yr after delivery. It strengths your muscles and makes your body flexible, reduces back pain, gas problems and gives you mental peace . improves your digestion levels . for sure with in 3 months you start liking yourself by doing yoga .
