- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 rd cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 rd cup nonfat milk
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp (teaspoon) vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir thoroughly to combine.
Cover and refrigerate several hours, or overnight in the same bowl or in a mason jar.
