Ingredients

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 rd cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 rd cup nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp (teaspoon) vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Stir thoroughly to combine.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate several hours, or overnight in the same bowl or in a mason jar.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
