Ingredients
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 rd cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 rd cup nonfat milk
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp (teaspoon) vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
