Oreo Brownie Bites

With the innovative use of Oreo cookies in these brownie bites, you can take the chocolate flavor in this sweet delight to a whole new level. This is a super easy recipe that can be whipped up in minutes, with the ingredients you are likely to already have in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 4 tbsp maida or all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Method

Step 1

Grease and dust a 6 hole muffin pan.

Step 2

Sandwich 2 Oreo cookies with Nutella smeared in between them. Repeat the process, so that you have 6 sandwiched cookies.

Step 3

Place one sandwiched cookie each in the muffin holes. Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Step 4

In a medium bowl, shift all the dry ingredients. Made a hole in the center and add the wet ingredients and mix to form the batter. Stir.

Step 5

Pour the batter equally over the Oreo cookie sandwiches placed in the muffin pan

Step 6

Bake it for 12-15 minutes. When done take it out of the oven and wait until they cool down before trying to remove from the pan.

Step 7

Enjoy them at room temperature.

Tip: Instead of Nutella, you can also use peanut butter. Use whole wheat flour instead of maida for a healthier version.
