Mixed Berry Milkshake

Cool milkshakes and smoothies can make for a perfect dessert for summer. In this recipe, we haven’t used ice cream, instead have used vanilla extract and sugar to get that soothing and refreshing smooth milkshake. This belly filling breakfast, laced with the goodness of berries is ideal to go with your daily breakfast or as a quick snack in-between meal snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few mint leaves for garnishing

Method

Step 1

In a blender, take all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Serve in glass and garnish it with mint.
