Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup peeled and chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
- 1/4 cup peeled and chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped and deseeded tomatoes
Method
Step 1
Combine the veggies with 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Step 2
Open the lid after steam escapes completely.
Step 3
Allow to cool slightly and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into a deep non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Step 5
Serve lukewarm.
