Mashed rice cereal in milk
Mashed rice cereal in milk is an easy-to-make recipe and widely used as a first food for bubs in India and abroad. Rice is rich in carbs and easy to digest, and milk adds on that protein punch. Together makes up a good start up food for your kid. You can add ghee, salt, sugar, and cinnamon to add taste, however, its better to avoid these while making a baby food. Fresh or dried fruits can be added to make it more delicious.
